I was so impressed with Gary and Eric from Allcare . My AC stopped working on a really hot day, and they were here within an hour! Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was (a blown capacitor) and how they would fix it. The whole process was quick, clean, and the price was very fair. They even took the time to show me how to better maintain the unit to prevent future issues. I highly recommend Allcare!! The best experience!! AC working great!!! Thank you!!

Eric, Mike, Gary, and the rest of the Allcare team were professional and friendly. I have used this company years ago and again, just now for my heating system. No regrets on going back with them. Customer service was terrific, as always!
Eric and Mike both did a job well done with knowing what repairs were needed. At the end of the day, all was set and good to go. I am grateful to have found a heating company that I feel I can rely on.

Allcare is number one!! I have been using their service for about 5 years now for startup of my air conditioning and heating systems. They most recently also flushed my tankless hot water heater. My point of contact has been Mike. He is sincere, punctual in returning calls and texts, professional and reliable. The technicians are polite, and are experts in their field! I highly recommend this company and am so happy I have found them!

A few years ago I switched to Allcare heating and a/c. I am very happy that I did:

1. Available on short notice. This is the litmus test for an HVAC contractor. When you need them, it is because your climate control isn’t working and your home isn’t comfortable. You need them asap. Allcare is always able to get a tech to me within hours. They answer the phone and do a great job of communicating when to expect a tech.

2. Low prices compared to competitors. I have always found their pricing reasonable. I used to pay much more before.

3. Good advice. Gary does a great job suggesting different alternatives and discussing the merits of each.

4. Observant. While servicing my air handler, Gary noticed that a damper to one of our rooms was closed, explaining why that room never seemed to cool off in the summer.

Overall a great HVAC contractor, I highly recommend and will continue using.

Several years ago Allcare came and installed a new AC in the condo I just purchased. Years went by without any issues until
Last night. The AC unit stopped working in the middle of the current heat wave. I called and left a message at 10pm at night. Within the hour I got a text message asking how they could help. After answering a few questions they said they would be there the next day to look at it. Gentleman from the company were at my house at 8:30 am. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. I have NEVER received or heard of any company with this type of customer service. If by any chance you need any type of service that this company can do , do not hesitate to call them and give them your business!!!

The only place I use and recommend, for years. Gary either comes out himself or sends a knowledgeable friendly tech to diagnose and resolve the issue promptly. Allcare doesn’t rip you off like some other businesses in the area and everything is explained with patience and full attentiveness!
There’s no reason to look elsewhere!!
